We encourage you to refer qualified professionals to iSoft. iSoft will pay you a referral bonus for each individual referred by you who is ultimately hired. This bonus is payable at the end of the third month of employment of the referred employee and is contingent upon both you and the person referred remaining as employees during this period. 

On introducing a new client, project or an opportunity at a client site for a consultant, a referral bonus will be paid three months after completion by the client. The amount of this bonus will depend on the terms of contract with the client and is at the discretion of iSoft’s Management.
